FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

Warrior Expo is open to Certified Protection (CPP), Personal Security Detail (PSD) and Executive Protection (EP) professionals who are employed by qualified security, defense and government contractors. Qualified attendees must register online or register on-site through their qualified company.
Sole proprietor CPP, PSD and EP professionals or those affiliated with an incorporated or limited liability corporation with a residential primary address do not qualify to attend. ADS does not conduct business with or ship to sole proprietors, incorporated or limited liability corporations with a residential primary address.
As much as we work tirelessly to support the veteran network, the secure nature of Warrior Expo requires “active” classification. For further explanation, please forward your inquiries to eventsteam@adsinc.com.
Qualified attendees are permitted to bring a spouse or children as their guests. Accompanying guests must check in with qualified attendees at on-site registration to receive their badge(s). Spouses and children over the age of 18 must present a valid driver’s license or other government-issued identification to gain entry.
Because of the secure nature of Warrior Expo, all spouses and family members are required to be accompanied by a qualified attendee. Qualified attendees include active duty military, federal, state and local government agencies, law enforcement, first responders, qualified defense or government contractors, and exhibiting partner suppliers or manufacturers.
Accompanied guests of qualified attendees is limited only to immediate family members. Friends must register on their own behalf and meet the qualified attendee criteria.
Warrior Bash is a networking event for exhibiting suppliers or manufacturers, attendees, and their accompanied guests to wind down and exchange ideas. There is no cost to attend. Food, refreshments, and entertainment are included, as well as games and giveaways. Event badges are required at entry.

By registering in advance, check-in will be faster and you’ll benefit from first-pick at this year’s Warrior Expo t-shirt (while supplies last), and priority access to educational courses. You’ll also be automatically entered into a drawing to win cool prizes. The winner will be chosen at random from a list of pre-registered attendees.
Online registration is only permitted to active duty military, federal, state and local government agencies, law enforcement, first responders, qualified defense or government contractors, and exhibiting partner suppliers or manufacturers. Non-exhibiting suppliers or manufacturers, foreign nationals and non-qualified: defense, government or security contractors are prohibited from registering online.

Online registration closes 48 hours prior to the event start date. However, qualified attendees are able to register on-site through the end of the last day of the show. Military and government attendees must present official government-issued identification. Civilian attendees must present a valid driver’s license or other government-issued identification.
On-site registration is only permitted for active duty military, federal, state and local government agencies, law enforcement, first responders, qualified defense or government contractors, and exhibiting partner suppliers or manufacturers. Non-exhibiting suppliers or manufacturers, foreign nationals and non-qualified: defense, government, or security contractors are prohibited from registering on-site the day of the event.
Warrior Expo is open to qualified security, defense and government contractors. This excludes sole proprietors, incorporated and limited liability corporations with a residential primary address. ADS does not conduct business with, or ship to, sole proprietors, incorporated or limited liability corporations with a residential primary address. Only incorporated or limited liability corporations with a commercial address qualify to attend.
